Deanna Fletcher is a British-Australian broadcaster, producer, author, and speaker known for her insightful work at the intersection of Christian spirituality, wellbeing, and culture. With a career spanning over two decades, Deanna is also a sought-after creative and thought leader, using her platform to spark meaningful conversations and inspire lasting impact.

With deep roots in one of Australia's most influential faith movements, Deanna carries a legacy of spiritual leadership and innovation. As the daughter of Mal Fletcher — founder of Youth Alive Australia — she witnessed from an early age the power of Christian spirituality to shape culture. Since the early 1980s, Youth Alive has led tens of thousands to faith through in-person events and is widely regarded as a catalyst for the modern Australian charismatic church movement, influencing similar expressions around the world.

Born in Melbourne, Australia, Deanna relocated to Copenhagen, Denmark, at age 11 where she expanded her interest in exploring the connection of faith, media and youth involvement.

By 13, she was hosting local radio shows for young people, and at just 16, she founded an FM station dedicated to youth programming. These early experiences set the foundation for a career devoted to elevating stories of faith and purpose through media.

Before the age of 25, Deanna played a key role in pioneering two thriving, independent church communities across different countries, serving in key leadership roles as a youth and young adult pastor. Both churches continue to flourish today, a testament to her early commitment to leadership, community building, and faith-driven entrepreneurship.

Deanna has since built an impressive portfolio across the world’s leading faith networks. She spent two years with BBC Radio Manchester supporting the Sunday Breakfast programme, before joining United Christian Broadcasters (UCB), where she anchored the national morning show while also developing speciality music and women’s programming. At Premier Christian Radio, she produced and presented the breakfast programmes, later contributing to TBN where she launched the network’s strategic partnerships platform, sourcing a diverse range of voices to enrich its broadcast offering.
